Invoicing features are some of the most important integrations of ERP systems. In Odoo, the Invoicing module is a great tool for small and big businesses that want to centralize their billing and tax operations.

I was involved in a project to implement CFDI 4.0 (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) for Odoo. CFDI 4.0 is the latest version of the digital invoicing standard mandated by the Mexican government. This involved configuring the system to generate compliant electronic invoices, handle digital seals, and ensure accurate tax calculations.

The project required a deep understanding of the CFDI 4.0 specifications and expertise in customizing Odoo to align with the new standard. Through this implementation, we aimed to streamline invoicing processes, enhance compliance, and facilitate seamless interactions with the Mexican tax authorities.
